Custom Homes — Build Your Way
Beyond our ready designs at Elegant Courts, Elegant Homes and General Construction offers a custom build service. With over 18 years in the construction industry across residential, institutional and commercial projects, we can deliver a home designed around how you want to live.
Two ways to build with us
1. Adapt an Elegant Courts model
Love one of our twelve designs but want different finishes, an extra room, or a modified layout? Most of our Elegant Courts models can be tailored to your requirements before construction begins. Choose a design, tell us what you would change, and our team will walk you through the options.

2. A bespoke design-build on your land
If you already own land — in Accra or elsewhere in Ghana — our design and construction team can work with you from concept and drawings through to finished construction. For buyers outside Ghana, we offer virtual consultations and regular photo and video progress updates so you can follow every stage from abroad.
How a custom project starts
- Enquiry — tell us about your land, budget and the home you have in mind.
- Consultation — in person at Katamanso, or by video call for clients abroad.
- Design & quotation — drawings and a costed proposal for your approval.
- Agreement & construction — staged payments linked to construction milestones.
- Handover — a completed home inspected and handed over to you.
