A purchase process built for remote buyers
- Choose your model and complete the purchase application form.
- Receive an offer letter within 72 hours.
- Pay the deposit — USD $10,000 or Ghana cedi equivalent — toward the total price.
- Sign your sales and purchase agreement and follow your payment plan: outright, mortgage, or self-financing in stages.
- Receive regular photo and video construction updates.
- Collect your keys at handover — or arrange handover to a trusted representative.
