- Fill and send the EGHCL home purchase application form with your preferred house type
- We will send you an offer letter for you to sign and return to us.
- 20% -30% Deposit of the purchase price will be required upon the acceptance of offer and the signing and execution of the sales agreement
- Mortgage provider will assist in paying the remaining 70% -80% on your behalf and spread the repayments between 10- 15 years if you meet their requirements, terms and conditition.

Customers are free to make their own arrangements from recognized mortgage Providers.
