We do not collect payment card details through this website.

To respond to your enquiry and arrange site visits or consultations
To contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp about the property you asked about
To keep a record of enquiries in our internal leads system
To send newsletters only where you have subscribed — you can unsubscribe at any time

Third-party services on this site

Tawk.to live chat — conversations are processed by Tawk.to under their own privacy policy.
WhatsApp / GetButton widget — clicking it opens WhatsApp, which is governed by Meta's policies.
Matterport virtual tour and YouTube embeds — loaded only when you click to view; those providers may then collect usage data under their own policies.

We do not currently use analytics or advertising trackers on this website.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting sale, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
